Photo of the Week

For the past few months I have been sending out a Photo of the Week to my Facebook fans. I have received such great feedback from people on Facebook that I have decided to extend this to my blog as well.

Usually I only do one Photo of the Week, but this week I selected three photos from recent photo sessions that I had. I hope you enjoy!

In the past, I have focused on outdoor photography of pets. However, this chocolate labrador was a dream to work with in my photo studio.

What I love about photography is capturing life's special moments! The first communion portrait below is one of those great moments.

And who doesn't love baby photography! Studio photography gives a much more intimate feel to baby portraits with Mom.

My Four Legged Friends

I seem to be able to find four legged friends wherever I go. I went to Long Ranch in Half Moon Bay this weekend and found plenty! Long Ranch is a real western town located right here in the Bay Area. They have a saloon, jail, and horses and more that makes you feel like you stepped back in time to the old west. It's a great place to have events, I heard that the 49'ers even had an event there for the team. The town was absolutely amazing...but as usual the furry animals stole my heart.

Licky Lickerson

One of the great things about living in the San Francisco Bay Area is being so close to the water. And being a pet photographer I love taking photos of pets around the bay. Yesterday Logan and I took a stroll in Foster City next to the Bay and enjoyed the wonderful weather we have been having.

Logan loves to carry his leash and he dropped it just long enough to take a break and lick his nose. It is one of the moments that show how he got one of his many nicknames...Licky Lickerson....if you get close enough, you are guaranteed to get a kiss from him.

If you have a four legged best friend, call or email me to capture all those special moments that you'll look back on and enjoy.
